Refund & Return Policy
At Timeless Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty cosmetics, ebooks, and accessories. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Please read our policy below carefully before making a purchase.
Ebooks (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us immediately at [insert business email] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24–48 business hours and, if applicable, provide an alternate download link or method of delivery.
Please note:
Alternate ebook downloads can only be issued within 14 days of your original purchase date.
After 14 days, we will not be able to offer a replacement download or support for that order.
Cosmetics & Accessories (Physical Products)
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept refunds or returns on any cosmetics or accessories. This ensures all of our products remain safe, sealed, and sanitary for all customers.
However, we understand that issues may arise. If there is a problem with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product—please contact us at [insert business email] within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:
Your full name and order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
Once your issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the affected item(s). Store credit will be processed and delivered to you via email within 3–7 business days from the date the issue is confirmed.
Important Notes:
Store credit is only available for issues reported within 10 days of the original order date.
We cannot offer store credit for any cosmetic or accessory order that is over 7 days old.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
